Raccoon Cub | White G10 + Satin 14C28N - A3603

I do like a small knife - not exclusively, however, their discrete size, pocketability and non-threatening appearance do make them an easy choice for regular carry.

The Racoon Cub is about as big as I would include in the 'small knife' category, but it's a cracker.

Overall it's hard not not to compare it to the Civivi Baby Banter - they're almost identical in looks and size, bit I think the Cub comes out on top.  It's slightly longer (about 5mm from the front of the choil to the butt) but that little bit extra, plus the more neutral handle shape make it much nicer to hold in my opinion.

Feels safer in hand due to the slightly deeper choil and additional spine jimping.

Thumb studs are better located, out of the cutting path, which is important on a blade this short. The front flipper adds some interest and works well.

Lock up is excellent, but not super sharp out of the box, but haven't really done much cutting with it yet.

I love the short pocket clip - feels like it's the right proportion, unlike the BB, but I suppose only time will tell if it's equally secure.

I got the copper dune blade and hardware.  Looks great new... again, will have to wait and see how it holds up.

What an awesome little knife. Very sharp and great for so many uses. Top quality as always. Love it.
