Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If your order has not been packed we can cancel the order for you. However once your order has been packed and fulfilled, we are unable to retrieve or cancel it.

The best thing to do in that scenario is to return the item for an exchange, credit or refund. Do note that the item has to be in original undamaged condition including all original packaging.

As a reminder, return shipping is at the cost of the sender.

If you haven't received your item yet and it has been over the estimated dates as specified by Australia Post here, contact us at .

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Asia and Europe. If you are unable to check out with your address, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We're known as the speed demons in the biz, getting your gear to you ASAP! Lightning-fast dispatch is our jam, making sure your stuff reaches you in record time. 🚀

If your order is placed on a weekday before 1pm AEDT, it is packed & dispatched on the same day.

Auspost Express (in Australia): 1-3 Business days
Auspost Standard (in Australia): 3-8 days.

Regular post can take a while to get to you if you live in WA or Auspost rural regions.

No, absolutely not. All products that are in stock on our website are based on our current inventory which is stocked and shipped out of Sydney.

We understand that sometimes things change, and that's okay!

If you've had a change of heart, just keep in mind that certain materials such as brass and micarta may show wear easily. Just ask yourself: if you were the new owner, would you be delighted with the condition of the returned item?

For hassle-free returns and exchanges, make sure your items are in its original sealed condition, as new condition - ready to bring joy to their new owner.

How do I return a product?

At Adventure Carry, we want you to be thrilled with your EDC gear. If, for any reason, you encounter an issue with your purchase, we've got your back. Here's how our return policy works:

1. Notification Period: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to notify us of any issues. We understand that sometimes things just don't go as planned, and we're here to help make it right.

 2. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same original packaging. We kindly request that you keep the product in its original condition, ensuring it's unmarked, unused, and in the same pristine state as when you received it including the box it came in otherwise it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact our friendly customer service team at within the 7-day notification period. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, ideally with pictures or videos.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with shipping instructions.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Please note that free shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost incurred for shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Any shipping fees incurred in returning the item will be covered by the customer.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
