Drop Bear 2 | Compression Lock - Drop Point + Aluminium

Love the Drop Bear 2, looks and feels great with the natural micarta. Blade shape is very usable, such a smooth functioning knife it’ll be sure to turn heads and make friends.

I’m loving this drop bear had to touch up the edge out of the box but apart from that just enjoy using it, micarta gives a great feel in the hand !

Had to wait a little bit for this one but it was well worth it...I liked the OG Drop Bear but the Drop Bear 2 has it all going on! - compact, light, super smooth & snappy. Looks great in the natural micarta with clip point blade. This one has quickly earned a permanent spot on my desk....at least for a while.

Dentent is a little weak, but makes it very easy for thumb stud deployment. Best blade shape of all the drop bears.

Compression lock feels superior to the cross bar lock IMO. Deployment is super snappy, and micarta feels luxurious.

I have the lc200n and magic blue drop bear 1.
This knife is more comparable to the magic blue. About the same thickness. Sturdier handle material and slightly heavier.
Hollow grind is a great addition.
However the detent is quite strong. Making a right handed reverse flick nearly impossible. Left hand you can place your index finger on the button and relieve some tension.

TLDR
get the crossbar lock for fidget use. Or get this one if you're going to use it.

Great ergos and the drop closing action is better than almost all premium knives I own.

My first ever Kizer, packaging and build quality is way better than what I expected. Will definitely add more to my collection in the future!

Not the most expensive knife in the world, but the quality is the great.

My collection of budget folders grows. Slowly working out what I like best. Larger blade v smaller. Flipper tab, front flipper, thumb studs. Liner lock, axis lock and so on. Gotta say this one is pretty much almost there. Thumb studs, check. Love the ritchlite scales combined with nitro v sheep’s foot blade. Top liner lock is about perfect so far. This guy won’t come to work because I work on a feedlot and life is tough for knives here. But it will get majority of pocket time outside of work.

Really enjoyed the action of this knife, was my first proper knife, good to learn sharpening on, sharp knife, fun to use.
