Kiwami | Acrylic + Black PVD BD1N

The Kizer Kiwami is a compact, lightweight folder designed by Konstantinos Paschalis, built around a distinctive 2.66" hawkbill blade with a strong pull-cutting profile. The curved BD1N blade is flat ground and finished in black PVD, making it especially well suited to tasks like mushroom picking, peeling fruit, opening snacks and other controlled everyday cutting where the hooked tip helps draw material into the edge.

The black acrylic handle features a sculpted, textured surface with subtle visual depth, giving the Kiwami a secure grip without adding unnecessary bulk. A front flipper, top liner lock and reversible deep-carry clip keep the carry modern and practical, while phosphor bronze washers provide a simple, durable pivot setup that is less open to food residue, dirt and grit than a typical bearing system. At just 67.2g, it is a very compact EDC with a blade shape that gives it a genuinely useful niche.
