Description

Designed by Chris Conaway of Sheepdog Knives, The new C01C mini brings a lot to the table for its compact size. The Sheepsfoot style blade provides precise slicing/chopping, and the high-end blade steel holds a fine edge incredibly well while remaining easy to sharpen/maintain. The blade deploys super smoothly, and easily thanks to the thumb hole (or removable flipper tab on the Richlite variant) which happily accommodates a middle finger flick deployment, as well as classic thumb deployment. The pocket clip is sturdy with great retention.

The drop shut action on this blade is seriously impressive for a knife this size/weight. Highly recommended by Adventure Carry.

The latest Raffir C01C Mini features scales made of Raffir Noble - a premium composite material with fine brass and bronze meshes inside. A strong semi-transparent resin fixes the meshes in position and improves the 3D depth effect. Together, this unity of materials has a unique appearance and great strength.

The Red Richlite variant features super tough 4V blade steel which has incredible edge retention. It also come with a full removable flipper tab to suit your preference, as well as Richlite scales, normally found on high end knives.

I have this knife in the black/black colourway and it looks great. This knife lives in my car as it fits perfectly in a nook in the console. Usually just used to open parcels and other menial, boring things.

High quality for a good price

I ordered the sheepdog mini with red richlite scales and a cpm 4v blade. What a outstanding small knife, Incredible edge retention better than some m390 knives I own and quite easy to sharpen.

The removable flipper tab is a very nice touch and the ergonomics are far better when removed. The action Is perfect almost fall shut and the detent is tuned perfectly. Came packaged very well with a nice handwritten note, I am very pleased with my experience

Brilliant for EDC

Absolutely phenomenal knife, super quick action and amazing quality for the price. Comes super sharp and feels super sturdy in hand.

Better than original mini sheepdog

Love the micarta handles, action is beautifully smooth. Alittle short to middle finger flick but can be done with forefinger. Only wish is a deep carry clip, though i realised that may mess up the handle ergos. Excellent pricing and service by Adventure Carry

This version of the Mini Sheepie has to be one of our favourites at AC too. Lots to like about this knife although a deep carry pocket clip is always a welcome feature. Thank you for taking your time and sharing your thoughts of your Mini Sheepdog Nathan!

An amazing little knife

What a great little knife!
So much of an improvement over the flipper, there is no flipper in the way of slicy work which is what this is born to do. Easy to open with a thumb or middle finger flick

Opening and operation is amazing, mine needed a small amount of tuning on the lock bar for my preference of buttery smooth drop action, but it was still great out of the box.
I have smaller hands so it is a full 4 finger hold for me which is super comfortable but for most would be an easy 3+ finger hold, and some good jimping for that little bit extra control

The Quality fit and finish is also great on this knife, the blade is perfectly centred and comes razor sharp which isn't always a given on something this well priced.

Overall a great little knife at a great price all supported by great customer service

The best

The Kizer Mini Sheepdog has been popular as a flipper for some time, but this thumb hole version is by far the best one to get. Opening is super easy, both with the slow roll thumb option and with a speedy middle finger flick. Most importantly, cutting on a flat surface is much improved without the flipper tab. Materials, fit and finish are excellent, as is the service from Adventure Carry.

We sure do love the thumb hole Mini Sheepie too! Great at tasks and it sure does make for an aesthetically pleasing design too without the flipper jutting out. Thank you very much for your time in leaving a review. Much appreciated mate!
