I always doubted that the KPL was better than any other oil I was using. Now I know. I had a few knives that were just short of really smooth. After applying KPL they are all very smooth now and better than ever. This is a really great product. I love the way it flows into the area being oiled. The applicator is also very useful and can reach most places. It could be slightly longer.

So it took me a while to get brave enough to start doing maintenance on my folders, I had one that just seemed "gritty" all the time and it had to be done.
People recommended Nano-Oil so I got some of that and it was better.
People recommended Gunny Glide, so I got some of the and it seemed the same.
People recommended KPL and I'm done, if there's a better product out there I don't believe you .. and I don't care .. KPL is all I buy from now on.
I took a mates knife apart and KPL'd it and handed it back, he gave me this look of disbelief and said "that feels better than when it was brand new"
So yeah, its the good oil.

Decided to get the KPL knife lube to see if it really was better than some of the other lubes I was using, glad I did as it seems to work alot better on the knife pivots and detents than some of the other lubes I had been using.

Firstly, the needle applicator for me is the best thing since sliced bread because it lets you get into the tight spaces (such as where the bearings are) without getting oil everywhere, so avoiding dust/lint collection points. The oil itself is something totally new for me, as previously I’ve tended to use light machine oil, which of course dust and the like will get stuck to. This stuff does dry out to a film like coating, which avoids that, and the action of opening my knife seems pretty damn good to me. And thanks to Adventure & Carry for really good prompt service!

A nice weight oil for pocket knives that is easy to use thanks to the needle applicator and size of bottle. I purchased the KPL to loosen up an old Victorinox Safari and it has also helped to flush out some dirt. I think I'll work back through my collection to give all my knives some KPL TLC. A great item for the tool kit and easy to take along if on the road/in the field. Shopping with Mitch at AC is a pleasure as always, and this product sits nicely in his curated line of EDC gear. Great product, have used on a couple knives so far and it seems to work well. Ordered over the Christmas period and received excellent customer service regarding when I could expect the item. Will order from here again.

I’ve been using nano oil for years and this stuff is way better. I tried it on my kapara and ten minutes later I was cleaning out my whole collection and adding this to the pivot.

Added a drop of KPL either side of the pivot on my 940, has enhanced its action ten fold. Couldn’t recommend higher.
