GT Nano

Just like I tell my wife, Good things come in small packages! I can't believe this little light! so much more than a keychain/pocket light its like the camera on your phone always there when you need it, and you never know when you'll need a spotlight in your pocket. one of those toys I mean tools every man NEEDS.

Buttons a little mushy but otherwise it is what is says on the box, an adorable thrower.

An amazing tiny little thrower - its hard to believe so much light comes from such a small flash-light.

I discovered Adventure Carry when searching for the Lumintop GT Nano. My order was ready for dispatch just 15 minutes after placing and Aust Post delivered it within a reasonable time. The torch has it's own foam lined box, that was placed in another box with packing material. Inside was a personalised hand written note thanking me for my purchase with a hope that I enjoy my new torch, that is some seriously impressive and unexpected customer service.

Now to the GT Nano. This little torch is jam packed with customisable features. The adjustable options are quite extensive for your own personalisation or you can just keep the default settings straight of the box. Most small torches have just a couple of brightness settings and that's all but not this little one. It appears to me Lumintop took a GT Mini and shrunk it keeping the same firmware just changing the LED and Battery to suit the smaller form factor. The LED colour temperature is a very clean cool white with a bright centre spot and stays white throughout the entire range from Moon Mode to Turbo. As you would expect the Battery drops significantly in Turbo Mode but lasts a considerable amount of time on the low modes. The USB charging adaptor means you can top up the Battery from any USB including of course Laptops and cars, that is a very handy feature. The GT Nano is not suited for say a camp site requiring it run for hours but is an extremely impressive addition for your pocket or key-ring.

Bought this on a bit of a lark, but it's actually a little fire-cracker! for those wanting a size comparison it's almost exactly the length of a regular door key, but it absolutely puts out! super bright, hilariously fun to shine in your mates eyes. great for finding that thing you dropped under your car seat or navigating the loungeroom at 2am after a few tins while trying not to wake everyone up.
