Great flippin knife!!!

Your pocket will love this knife as much as you do, as it has no sharp edges or corners. Great blade 20CV, great blade shape, great ergos, great action, great clip, great access to the lock bar, looks like a coffin (great) I love the black and green colors. Shame about the T6 screws, clip is NOT reversible, plunge grind leaves no room for sharpening.
I have a number of knives from Adventure Carry, Kizers and Civivis, best service in town if you ask me. Not only that but the people at AC always send a hand written note with every knife I buy. FIRST CLASS!!!
Knife 9/10.
Service 10/10.
AC you know I will be back thanks for ya service every body.

Thank you so much Alan for taking a deep dive into the De L'Orme. Great review on the pros and cons of the knife. We're glad you're still liking it overall! Thank you for the shout out! Customer service is always our main priority! Truly appreciate your support.

Perfect sized EDC Knife with Character

I’m a fan of Justin Lundquist designed knives, and this is a great example of a well designed and made knife. It’s a great size for a pocket EDC or for taking camping. The sharp, angular sheepsfoot blade is great for piercing and slicing. I love the character of the blade too. It’s got a very distinctive design, which was influenced by the famous hook-nose plague doctor mask. Hence the name which arises from Charles de Lorme, a French medical doctor to the royal family who first wrote about the plague doctors. Like Justin’s recent knife designs, it’s compact and minimal, with a top-flipper for rapid deployment. And Kizer has smashed it with the construction —tight tolerances, snappy detention and smooth action that just drops shut by blade weight alone. Branding is minimal on blade only. The black stonewash on the blade perfectly compliments the green G10 handle. I’d have preferred that the contrasting black ‘ridges’ which give the appearance of a bolster, were actually raised or textured instead of smooth with the handle.
All up, this is a fantastic knife. If you love the look, you’ll love the knife.

Awesome photos Phil! Thank you for your cracking review of the De L'Orme and awesome backstory to the design. We couldn't have put it any better. We are fans of Justin Lundquist's knives ourselves too so thank you for putting the Lumi and De L'Orme side by side to appreciate both designs.
